By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. That Policy forms part of how we operate the Site; these Terms govern use of the Site itself.
About the Site
The Site is a corporate marketing website providing information about neoatelier and related products and initiatives. It may include a contact form so you can send us messages. The Site does not currently provide user accounts, paid services, or online payment processing.
Product names that appear on the Site (including neofashion.ai and neovisible.ai) remain product identifiers; these Terms apply to this corporate Site unless a product site states otherwise.
Permitted use
You may use the Site for lawful, personal, or internal business informational purposes, including browsing content and contacting us through the form.
You agree not to:
- use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, related systems, or data;
- interfere with or disrupt the Site’s operation, security, or integrity;
- use automated means to scrape, harvest, or overload the Site in a manner that harms its availability, except for ordinary search-engine indexing consistent with robots instructions;
- submit unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or fraudulent content through the contact form; or
- misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us.
We may suspend or restrict access to the Site where we reasonably believe these Terms are being violated.
Intellectual property
The Site and its content—including text, design, graphics, logos, layout, and software—are owned by Neoatelier AI Technologies Ltd or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may view and temporarily store pages from the Site for your own use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from Site content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent, except as allowed by mandatory law.
The brand name neoatelier and related marks are used to identify our business and offerings. Nothing in these Terms grants you a license to use our names, marks, or branding except as needed to refer accurately to us in ordinary descriptive language.
Third-party services and links
The Site may rely on third-party infrastructure (including hosting) and may link to third-party sites or products. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is subject to their terms.
No warranty
The Site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components, or that content will always be complete or current.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Neoatelier AI Technologies Ltd and its directors, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Site.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Site or these Terms will not exceed USD 100, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law (including liability for fraud or willful misconduct, where such exclusion is not permitted).
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the laws of the DIFC or other mandatory applicable law.
Privacy
Personal data submitted through the Site (including the contact form) is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the contact form, you acknowledge that your message will be transmitted via our form provider to hello@neoatelier.ai.
Changes to the Site and to these Terms
We may update the Site or these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we revise these Terms. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, except where applicable law requires a different process.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC).
Subject to any mandatory rights you may have under applicable law, the courts of the DIFC have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Site. Nothing prevents either party from seeking interim or injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect intellectual property or confidential information.
